Last year was another challenging but momentous year for the global tobacco control community. In our 2021 annual report we discuss:

  • COP9/MOP2
  • Accelerating FCTC implementation
  • Aligning tobacco control with development and the SDGs
  • Including tobacco control in COVID-19 pandemic recovery (build back better plans)
  • Our work on promoting budget advocacy as a domestic resource mobilization strategy
  • Staff arrivals and departures

Our 2021 annual report also includes a brand-new section called Year in Review. In this new section, we highlight a selection of projects and activities led by the FCA and members.

The 2021 annual report also provides some insight into the FCA’s plans to transition to the Global Alliance for Tobacco Control (GATC). Be sure to check out our Board Chair and Executive Director letters for a bit of a sneak-peak at what is to come.
